Terms of Service
Wish & Give is a parent-operated wish list. By creating an account, using the app, or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Wish & Give.
The service
A parent keeps a family list: child profiles, occasions, and wishes. You approve a wish before a giver can claim it. You can share one private link for an occasion. You can set gift limits, gift types, and a budget range. The website also has a founding-family waitlist. Joining that list does not start a subscription, and nobody is charged today.
Who may use it
The person who creates an account must be 18 or older and a parent or legal guardian. Children use kid mode only under a parent account. Givers need no account. You choose the nickname, the icon, and any age band. You set and keep the parent PIN. You decide which wishes are approved and what a giver can see. Do not put a child's last name in a title, note, or link label that a giver can read.
Consent
Child profiles, occasions, and wishes stay closed until you confirm consent with the email-plus method described in the Privacy Policy. If consent is not confirmed within 7 days, we delete the parent's email and any child data. You can revoke consent. Revocation deletes that family's child data immediately.
Accounts and co-parents
You can sign in with Apple, with Google, or with email (a magic link or a password). Each family has one owner. On the family plan, the owner can invite a co-parent by email. The invite expires after 7 days, and the invited person must sign in with that email. A co-parent can approve wishes and can delete a child profile. A co-parent cannot delete the family or remove the owner. The free plan cannot add a co-parent. If the family plan lapses, co-parents lose access until it returns.
Gift limits
You can set a total number of gifts for an occasion, a per-giver hint, a budget range in whole dollars, and a limit for each gift type: want, need, wear, read, and experience. A wish can sit outside the budget only when you allow it.
Givers
A giver uses the link you share. They do not need an account. You can revoke the link. Giver name, email, and device hash are cleared 60 days after the celebration date, or 60 days after the latest claim activity if the occasion has no date.
Plans
The app has a free plan and an optional Family subscription, recorded as the entitlement wg_family. The Family subscription is billed through the App Store or Google Play. It auto-renews monthly or yearly until you cancel it. A free trial may be offered on the annual plan. The trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Refunds follow Apple's or Google's policies. The free plan stays free.
Acceptable use
Do not bypass the parent PIN, break into another family's list, or use a share link you were not given. Do not submit a wish title that tries to carry a link, an email address, or a phone number. The app rejects those titles.
Availability
The app and this website are provided as available. We may change or stop a feature. Wish & Give is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, AI Eval Corporation is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for a claim related to Wish & Give is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the prior 12 months or $50.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The venue for a dispute is the state or federal courts in Fairfax County, VA. These terms do not require arbitration.
Deletion
The owner can delete the family from the app. That removal is immediate. A request from Account and data deletion is completed within 30 days, and we aim to finish it within 7 days. Backups roll off within 30 days. Deleting the account does not cancel a store subscription. You must cancel it in App Store or Google Play settings. Apple explains how on Apple's subscription help. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after the new date means you accept the update.
